OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK

All artworks sold through Finn Art are original creations by Montreal-based artist Brian Finn. Copyright for all works remains with the artist. Purchasing an artwork (original, print, or merchandise) does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Collectors may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from the artist.

ORIGINALS

Original drawings are one-of-one works. Each piece is signed, dated, and embossed with the official Finn Art stamp, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Originals are final sale.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

Finn Art prints are fine art giclée reproductions on museum-grade paper. Editions are capped at the stated number (100 for small and medium, 50 for large and collector sizes). Each print is signed, hand-numbered, and embossed with the Finn Art stamp. Once sold out, editions will not be reprinted. Prints are final sale.

Merchandise

Finn Art merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, caps, skate decks) is produced in small batches. Items are locally printed in Montreal with water-based inks. Merchandise is limited and may not be restocked once sold out. Returns are accepted on merchandise in unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

Authenticity

All originals and prints include a Certificate of Authenticity. All merchandise is packaged with a hang tag and/or branded poly bag that serves as proof of authenticity.

Disclaimers

Many Finn Art works depict cultural, musical, and sports icons. These works are artistic interpretations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the individuals, brands, or estates depicted.

Shipping & Packaging

Prints are shipped in archival-safe packaging (tubes or framed, as specified). Originals and prints ship worldwide. Merchandise is packaged in branded poly bags or boxes. Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Limitation of Liability

Finn Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of artwork or merchandise.
